Cocktail Crisps
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter 250 ml
- 8 oz pkg, 250g of Imperial Cheese
- Dash salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or tabasco
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 4 cups Rice Krispies
Directions
- Cream butter and cheesee together and add seasonings.
- Beat in flour, then add Rice Krispies. Mix well.
- Shape into balls and press down with a fork which has been dipped in cold water.
- Alternatively, roll into logs, chill and slice for thinner crisps.
- Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes until lightly browned.
