Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 cup parsley
- 2 anchovy fillets (or 1 tsp of anchovy paste)
- 2 Tbs capers
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt
Directions
- Roast garlic and let cool.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, parsley, anchovy and capers to bowl of food processor and pulse to combine.
- Add olive oil and red pepper flakes and pulse a few more times.
