Gravity Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup grated old or extra-old cheddar or gouda, extra for sprinkling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix all the ingredients by hand until the dough comes together. Add more cream if the dough appears to be dry.
- Knead for a few minutes on cuttting board then pat down into an inch thick circular cake.
- Cut with a round cutter or wedges / squares with a knife.
- Brush tops with more cream and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown and delicious.
