No Knead Raisin Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
Directions
- Preheat ovent to 450 degrees with dutch oven in it.
- Mix ingredients into a shaggy dough, cover and let rise 3 - 5 hours.
- Pour onto work surface, sprinkle with brown sugar & maple syrup and fold into a ball.
- Place on parchment in the dutch oven and bake with the lid on for 30 minutes, remove lid and cook for another 15 minutes.
