No Knead Raisin Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cup warm water

Directions

  1. Preheat ovent to 450 degrees with dutch oven in it.
  2. Mix ingredients into a shaggy dough, cover and let rise 3 - 5 hours.
  3. Pour onto work surface, sprinkle with brown sugar & maple syrup and fold into a ball.
  4. Place on parchment in the dutch oven and bake with the lid on for 30 minutes, remove lid and cook for another 15 minutes.
