- Turned out pretty well. Would try again.
- Scalloped Potatoes:
- Oven -> Roast Pan
- Used the regular recipe - sort of, and mandolin on the 2nd thinnest setting I think.
- Did potatoes and onion on it - worked out great. Did quite a few layers, same amount of liquid as recipe.
- Whole Roasted Cauliflower:
- Meh. It was alright.
- Small Oven -> Roast Pan
- Green Beans:
- Pretty good.
- Stove -> Skillet
- Rolls:
- Oven -> Muffin Tin
- Metal muffin tin is much better

Execution
- Ham:
Ingredients
Ham
- 1 cup of Honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Coat ham, 2 hours at 325 uncovered
Glaze
- 2 cups Pineapple Juice
- 2 tbsp Grainy Mustard
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Rub
- add to saucepan and reduce by half
Directions
- Pull ham from fridge 90 minutes before cooking.
- Light Keg and bring to 325 degrees.
- Brush ham with ‘pre-glaze’.
- Cook on grill uncovered until it reaches 140 degrees - about 2, 2 1/2 hours.
- Brush with glaze in last 15 minutes.
- Pull from grill, let rest 25 minutes and then glaze again.
