Herb Vinaigrette

Small Portion
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a 2 cup mason jar and shake well. Refrigerate until serving.
- Can last a few weeks in the refrigerator.
Large Portion
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dry basil
- 1 Tablespoon dry oregano
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a litre mason jar and shake well. Refrigerate until serving.
- Can last a few weeks in the refrigerator.
