Herb Vinaigrette

Small Portion

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tablespoon dry basil
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a 2 cup mason jar and shake well. Refrigerate until serving.
  2. Can last a few weeks in the refrigerator.

Large Portion

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup dry basil
  • 1 Tablespoon dry oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a litre mason jar and shake well. Refrigerate until serving.
  2. Can last a few weeks in the refrigerator.
