BBQ Rub

Based on Steven Raichlen’s Rub from Ribs, Ribs, Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of sweet paprika
  • 2 Tbs of smoked paprika
  • 4 Tbs of coarse sea salt
  • 4 Tbs of smoked salt
  • 4 Tbs of black pepper
  • 2 Tbs of garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs of onion powder
  • 2 Tbs of dry mustard
  • 2 tsp of celery seed

Directions

  1. Combine and store in a mason jar.
