Easy Biscuits

Start pre-heating the oven before starting recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Cups (15 ounces) All Purpose Flour
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 teaspoons table salt
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (optional)
Directions
- Adjust rack to upper middle position and heat oven to 450 degrees. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In medium bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Microwave cream until warmed (95 - 100 degrees) 60 - 90 seconds.
- Stir cream into mix unitl soft, uniform dough forms.
- Spray 1/3 cup dry measuring cup with vegetable oil spray, and drop level scoops of batter 2 inches apart on prepared sheet. Respray measuring cup after every 3 or 4 scoops.
- Bake until GB&D, 10 - 12 minutes rotating sheet half way through.
- Brush hot biscuits with butter & serve warm.
- Store leftovers in a zipper-lock bag at room temp for 24 hours. Reheat in a 300 degree oven fo 10 minutes.
