Corn Tortillas
Ingredients
- About 1 cup masa harina to 1 cup of liquid - wet but not sticky
- Use warm water
- A little softer than play dough
- 2 cups should make about 20 tortillas
Directions
- Mix dough, knead.
- Preheat pan to med high
- Let rest about 20 minutes covered with a damp towel.
- Golf ball sized portion, press.
- Cook 15 - 20 sec on each side
- Flip back to 1st side, and look for puff.
- Into a tortilla warmer to steam.
