Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

  • About 1 cup masa harina to 1 cup of liquid - wet but not sticky
  • Use warm water
  • A little softer than play dough
  • 2 cups should make about 20 tortillas

Directions

  1. Mix dough, knead.
  2. Preheat pan to med high
  3. Let rest about 20 minutes covered with a damp towel.
  4. Golf ball sized portion, press.
  5. Cook 15 - 20 sec on each side
  6. Flip back to 1st side, and look for puff.
  7. Into a tortilla warmer to steam.
