Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 (11-12oz) cans of sweet corn
  • 7 oz can of chiles (drained)
  • 1/2- 3/4 cup of green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • pepper to taste
  • 8-10 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Mix all. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
